Strategy consulting for aerospace, defence, nuclear and high-value manufacturing
Growth strategy, M&A advisory and transformation for industrial leaders and their investors
Who we work with
Our focus is aerospace, defence, nuclear, and high-value manufacturing sectors, where every strategic decision is complex and deep sector expertise matters.
We work with industrial companies, from specialist Tier 2 suppliers to OEMs and service providers, and with the private equity firms that invest in them.
Services
Growth Strategy
Growth in our clients’ sectors is rarely fast or straightforward, as it is shaped by long programme cycles, concentrated customer bases, regulatory constraints, and significant capital commitments.
We help clients develop growth strategies built on detailed market, competitive and customer analysis. We identify and prioritise organic and inorganic opportunities, build scenarios backed by financial models, and structure implementation roadmaps.
Our recommendations are designed to be executed, not just presented: realistic in ambition, rigorous in analysis, and actionable within our clients' operational and capital constraints.
M&A Advisory
We support clients seeking to acquire a company or form a JV, whether to consolidate their market position, enter adjacent segments, access scarce technical capabilities, or build a platform business.
Our support covers the full M&A lifecycle, from target screening and investment thesis development through commercial due diligence, negotiation support and post-merger integration planning.
Having been on the buy side, we know that a deal only succeeds if it delivers or exceeds the expected value. That conviction shapes our support at every stage of the process.
Transformation
The pressure on delivery timelines, margins, and regulatory compliance often exposes gaps in how industrial companies leverage their processes, organisation, and technology.
We work with clients to design and implement transformation programmes across operational performance (e.g., supply chain optimisation, cost reduction), organisational effectiveness (e.g., restructuring of functions, redesign of decision processes), and the embedding of digital solutions and technology.
We prefer to build a galvanising case for change, saturate all levels of the organisation, and deploy pilots early rather than wait for the perfect plan.
